CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an appointment, you must contact the business directly. Deposits are non-refundable; however, with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to show will result in forfeiting your deposit, being charged 50% of the remaining service balance, and requiring a new appointment. No-shows will be permanently banned from booking and charged 50% of the service balance. Please note: you must confirm your appointment 72-24 hours before your appointment time, failure to confirm will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit.
